Cork Sports Partnership, Cork County Council and Ballinacarriga and Lisblead Community Association are delighted to launch their new community fitsticks trail.
We’re excited to invite the community to the launch of this unique 1km walking trail, specially designed for activator poles—a fantastic way to boost mobility, posture, and overall fitness. Whether you’re an experienced walker or just looking for a gentle way to stay active, this trail is perfect for all ages and abilities, particularly older adults and those with mobility considerations.
