
Cork Sports Partnership, Mardyke Arena, B.Ed. Physical Education, Sports Studies and Arts programme in the School of Education and UCC Sport are delighted to announce the launch of an exciting new sport & physical activity event for teenage girls!

Get ready for an action-packed day at the Her Moves Festival, where you can explore a wide range of sports in a fun, welcoming, and energetic atmosphere. Whether you already love being active or just want to try something new with your friends, this festival is the perfect place to start.

At the festival, you’ll have the chance to jump into different sports, meet inspiring athletes, and discover activities you might never have tried before. Expect music, great vibes, and loads of opportunities to get moving, laugh, and build confidence. It’s all about giving girls the chance to find the sport that makes them feel strong, happy, and unstoppable.
Her Moves is designed to inspire and support more teenage girls to be active. It’s about empowering all teenage girls, building confidence and providing motivation to find something that gets you moving.
- Activities include: Athletics, badminton, special guests Q&A, table tennis, golf, volleyball, rowing, hockey, cricket, lacrosse, orienteering, spinning, kickboxing, gym gals, revelate, and climbing.

We are asking that each school completes the expression of interest / pre-registration form by Friday, 20th March, 2026, at 5.00pm and schools will be allocated on a first come first serve basis
