Nominations Now Open for the 2025 Active Community Awards!
Cork Sports Partnership is delighted to announce that nominations are now open for the 2025 Active Community Awards—a celebration of the people, groups, and organisations who make Cork a more active, inclusive, and connected place through sport and physical activity.
Now in its fifth year, the awards shine a spotlight on the unsung heroes of community movement—those who lead, inspire, and create opportunities for others to get active. Whether it’s a local club running grassroots programmes, a school embedding physical activity into daily life, a service breaking down barriers to inclusion, or a volunteer champion making a difference—this is your chance to recognise their impact.

This year’s awards feature four refreshed categories:
Club or Group Award – For volunteer-led groups promoting community sport and activity.
