Youth in the Outdoors Programme
Cork Sports Partnership, Cork ETB Youth Services & Kinsale Outdoor Education Centre have teamed up to co-ordinate a new Youth in the Outdoors (pilot) Programme for male and females aged 15-16 years old!
Delivered in person at the Fastnet Marine & Outdoor Education Centre Schull, this pilot programme aims to support and develop participants confidence in outdoor activity as well as developing leadership skills.
Programme Details:
- Venue: Fastnet Marine & Outdoor Education Centre, Schull, Co Cork.
- Programme Duration: 6 Weeks
- Days & Dates: Every Saturday For 6 Weeks.
- Time: 9.30am – 4.30pm
- Cost: €50/participant
- Who: Young people 15-16yrs
Programme Schedule (subject to change dependant on weather):

| Module 2 | Camp craft skills on Long Island | 9:00- 4:30 |
| Module 3 | Hillwalking, Map Reading & Navigation | 9:00- 4:30 |
| Module 4 | Water Activity (Sailing/Kayaking) | 9:00- 4:30 |
| Module 5 | Water Activity (Sailing/Kayaking) | 9:00- 4:30 |
| Module 6 | End of Programme Event | 9:00- 4:30 |
