Women on the Move – Yoga for Wellness & Connection
This is a wonderful midweek treat to oneself self. In this Restorative Yoga Class, it uses a slow and gentle practice using props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) to support the body and comfortable poses held for a long duration (4 – 5 minutes) to trigger deep physical and mental rest, calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve sleep and release tension all while focusing on deep breathing and mindfulness rather than strenuous movement.
