Women on the Move (WOTM) is back with a fresh round of energising physical activity sessions designed specifically for adult women who want to get more active, have fun, and improve their fitness in a supportive group setting.
This popular programme offers structured weekly classes over 12 weeks, led by a qualified instructor who tailors each session to suit all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to build on your current routine, WOTM is a great way to boost your health and wellbeing in a relaxed and friendly environment.
