About the Group: LINC Rebels Soccer is an LBTQ women’s (trans and non-binary inclusive) soccer group. We are a friendly and inclusive bunch, with weekly training sessions and the occasional match/tournament.
All abilities are welcome, from seasoned pro to never kicked a ball before.
Each session focuses on a different aspect, such as shooting, passing or defending. There will be a warm up, drills and a match.

Our group training sessions are purely for fun and a bit of fitness
We are a fun group of Mothers and Others that meet once a week for a bit of Gaelic Football training. No experience needed, most of us have never played!!
We train every Tuesday night and new members are always welcome. You must be 25 or over and not a registered LGFA player.

Where:Mayfield GAA pitches or Cope Astro for winter/spring

About the Group:
All Physio Pilates classes are run by a Chartered Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor.
The benefit of attending a Physio-led Pilates class is that individual injuries can be monitored and addressed. This is facilitated through small class sizes and hands-on assistance in combination with the ability to adapt the exercises to suit the individual’s needs.
Physio Pilates is excellent for all ages and fitness levels.
