As part of Women in Sport Week we are delighted to announce our new Puppies and Pilates Event with Aislinn Hegarty and the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.
As part of Women In Sport week we are delighted to launch our Puppies and Pilates class with Aislinn Hegarty and the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind. This event will focus on strengthening the core, improving flexibility and enhancing overall body alignment and balance all while in the company of puppies from the Irish Guide Dog’s Puppy Training Programme.
