New Cork Tri Leader Course 2023
Learn about your role, safety principles and communication, overview of safeguarding and introduction to planning and delivering sessions. Observe and do some coaching! Bring a bike, helmet and warm clothing!
What the course will cover:
- Tri Leader Course content gives Tri Leaders the knowledge and ability to:
- Set up a session and assist a coach during a session.
- Help run and understand a junior session which was planned by a coach.
- Supervise at TI events and sessions.
