We are delighted to support another Activator Poles course in Mourneabbey starting on the 2nd of September and running for a 6-week block!
This hugely popular course will give participants the skills to use Activator Poles to assist with their walking, balance and coordination.
Start date: Monday 2nd of September
Time: 7pm till 8pm
