Open to any man interested in taking part for the first time and joining the team
Niche Mens Indoor Bowls are looking for new participants to take part in their weekly Indoor Bowls meetups.
It is a friendly, inclusive and non-competitive space, and there is a strong social element to it: they always start we tea, cake and chats before a game. In addition to weekly playing, friendly matches are organised at different times of the year.
The activity is also appropriate for people with a physical disability.
The group meet on a Wednesday from 2.30-4.30pm in St Mary’s senior citizen’s hall where they avail of an indoor bowling artificial grass mat and other required equipment.
The group be taking a break on Easter week (3rd April).
