Keep Well, Keep Movin’ Health Festival 

Older adults across Cork are invited to take part in the Keep Well, Keep Movin’ Health Festival, a free community event designed to promote wellbeing, social connection, and healthy ageing.

The festival will take place on Wednesday, 15 April 2026, from 10:00am to 3:00pm at the Clayton Silversprings Conference Centre, Cork City.

A Day of Health, Learning & Community

The event will feature:

  • Presentations tailored to the health needs of older adults, delivered by experienced professionals.
  • Over 25 information stands representing HSE services, statutory agencies, and community and voluntary organisations.
  • Free admission for all attendees.
  • Complimentary refreshments and light lunch, provided throughout the day.

This Health Festival is supported by the Cork North and East Community Work Department, HSE Southwest, and aims to empower older people with the information and confidence they need to stay active, engaged, and well.
