Mardyke Arena, together with our partners Cork Sports Partnership, are delighted to announce the continuation of the “High-Performance Academy” @Mardyke Arena UCC
Led by expert coaches and performance specialists, the program grants aspiring sports stars access to high-level training and education in a world-class environment
The program is ideal for any young sports person, aged 15-19, seeking to develop their athletic qualities & maximise sporting performance
Programme Includes:
- Strength & Power Development
- Speed & Agility Training
- Energy System Conditioning
- Movement Preparation & Priming
- Individual Programming Software Profile
- Fitness Testing, Performance Tracking & Individual Athlete Reports
- Recovery Sessions
- Performance Habits Presentations – Video Library Access
Programme Details:
- Starts: Tuesday 13th January : Ends Saturday 2nd May
- Mardyke Arena UCC – High Performance Gym
- 16-week Program, comprising of 2 sessions per week (32 sessions in total)
- Individuals can Select 2 of the following weekly options
- Tuesdays 6:30PM – 7:30PM
- Thursday 6:30PM-7:30PM
- Saturday 10:15AM-11:15AM
