Website Accessibility Statement

Cork Sports Partnership CLG is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website, in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the European Accessibility Act.

Accessibility Status

Our website partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means some parts of the website do not yet fully comply with accessibility standards.

Known Limitations:

We are aware of the following accessibility issues:

  • Some images do not include descriptive alternative text.
  • Embedded videos lack captions or transcripts.
  • Some interactive elements (e.g., dropdown menus and forms) are not fully keyboard-accessible.
  • Inconsistent use of headings and link text may affect navigation for screen reader users.
  • Visual focus indicators are missing on some elements.

We are currently working on addressing these issues as part of a phased accessibility improvement plan for 2025, which will include content and design updates, as well as staff training.
