Get Cork Walking Showcase

We are delighted to announce that the first ‘Get Cork Walking’ Showcase will take place on the 13th of December in County Hall from 5.30pm till 7.30pm. This is going to be  great opportunity for anyone who is interested in walking in Cork to come along and meet the stakeholders and find out what developments have been made in 2023 and what is planned for 2024.

The first ‘Get Cork Walking’ Showcase will take place on the 13th of December from 5.30pm till 7.30pm in County Hall.

This event will be an ideal opportunity for anyone who is interested in walking in Cork city and county, to come along and find what what has been happening throughout 2023 and what might be planned for 2024. We will have representation from the areas of: research, health promotion, active transport, infrastructural and programme development as well as rural development and promotion and youth support. 

There will be a number of presentations throughout the evening but there will also be plenty of time to talk to the different stakeholders who will be exhibiting on the night. There will be tea and coffee on arrival and some light finger food throughout the evening. Places will be limited so click the button below to book your place.
