Cork Go For Life Games Refresher Workshop

Cork Sports Partnership is delighted to collaborate with Age & Opportunity to host a Go for Life Refresher Workshop — a fun, active, and engaging morning designed to introduce participants to the Go for Life Games: Flisk, Maili, and Scidil.

Led by experienced Age & Opportunity trainers, this free workshop is perfect for anyone interested in staying active, learning new games, and connecting with others in the community. No prior experience with the games is needed — just come along with a positive attitude and a willingness to try something new!

Workshop Details

• Date: Wednesday, September 17th
• Time: 10:00am – 1:30pm (Doors open at 9:45am)
• Location: Inniscarra Community Centre
• Cost: FREE
• Spaces: Limited – Pre-booking is essential
