DESCRIPTION:Making a return for 2022 as part of the Operation Transformation Walking campaign is the successful 5k Thru the Day virtual challenge. If you and your family are looking to get active through walking for 2022 then this is the challenge for you! \nAbout: Complete 5k/6500 steps on 6 days of the week (with 1 rest day of your choice) from January 16th – February 20th. Record your progress using any tracking device (phone\, fitbit\, step counter) you wish and use the weekly portal to upload your progress along with any pics or vidoes you have of your walks.  Sport Prizes will be available for all those that are registered and who submit progress.  \n\nTips: While the challenge is to complete 5k/6500 steps each day\, you can break this up throughout the day depending on your fitness levels.
