That’s the point of training – to get better and enjoy yourself\, so regardless if you’re the next Usain Bolt or simply have never run before\, this is for you! \nWhat does it involve? \nBegin your journey in one of many groups across Cork. Meet each time in a designated area alongside new and seasoned runners. Any questions you have – don’t fear! That’s why you’re here; secure advice from mentors in your group who will educate and motivate you and of course\, offer your support to others because we all simply have something to give. \nAnother benefit to getting involved is the opportunity of making new friends or simply reconnecting with your own by getting yourself a team and possibly a running buddy to experience your training with. \nRegister now – Meet & Train Cork
