Cork City Spaces

Cork City Council has a number of spaces and green areas in the City which can be used for a variety of activities. Groups are encouraged to use these open spaces throughout the city centre. 

Anyone organising an an event is asked to ensure that the space is appropriate for the activity. 

Licenses for events are only required for the following reasons: 

1. There is a charge on the event.
2. The event has been advertised to the general public. 
3. Expected attendance to the event would be more than 50 people.
